the HAND WASH

(recommended)
Wash and rinse in lukewarm (30°C) water with mild soap, making sure to fill enough water to cover garment - no rubbing or scrubbing. Squeeze out excess water. Roll in a clean towel.

*Dry flat and reshape whilst damp - if this is not possible make sure garment is hung up to dry without distorting the shape (take particular notice of the shoulders). Do not tumble dry. Do not iron

 

the MACHINE WASH

Place in a pillowcase or net bag. Use a mild detergent. Select a delicate cycle (no spin) with a temperature up to 30°C. Follow hand-wash instructions above from * onwards.
