Complete secure payment online via PayPal (one of the most secure and trusted on-line retail methods - no financial information is stored on the website or in any other form). When you checkout you will be asked for your name, home address, email address and telephone number. This allows us to process your order quickly, send you a confirmation email, inform you of the progress of your order and delivery and inform you of future products and designs.



In the checkout process you are able to select ‘cheque payment’ for your order.  Once you have completed your order, please send the cheque made payable to Belinda Harris-Reid, to the following address: Belinda Harris-Reid, The Studio, Accounts Department, 26 Queens Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 9ER, UK

Your order will be shipped on clearance of your cheque.  Please note - we need to receive your cheque within 7 working days of your order being placed.  We will contact you during this time-frame if your cheque hasn't been received, in case it has been mislaid in the post.  If no cheque is received on the 7th day and you have not replied to our email, we will cancel your order and you will have to resubmit it should you still wish to continue with your order.



We post all domestic UK packages via First Class Royal Mail delivery.  If you would like us to post your parcel Recorded Delivery please let us know, but we will have to increase the P&P accordingly. *NB we post items 3-5 working days after receiving your order. If you would like your parcel posted urgently please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.



Delivery to UK, European Countries, USA and Canada and the ‘rest of the world’ addresses are charged by weight (please see postage costs at checkout). Postage costs will be added when you check out.

If agreed we will be happy to refund the cost of the item plus postage to return to us (2nd class only). We recommend obtaining 'proof of postage'.
