Complete secure payment online via PayPal (one of most secure and trusted on-line retail methods - no financial information is stored on the website or in any other form) or by cheque (made payable to Belinda Harris-Reid).

When you check-out you will be asked for your name, home address, email address and telephone number. This allowed us to process your order quickly, send you a confirmation email, inform you of the progress of your order and delivery and inform you of future products and designs.



When making a telephone order (studio/office: 01626 866 966) we will note your personal details (as above) and add them to our database/merged with contact details that you have already submitted online.



We will send you emails regarding new products or design that we think would be of interest to you. If however you do not want to receive any emails from us please contact us stating that you are not interested in being contacted again and we will happily remove your email address from our database. We apologise in advance if you receive unsolicited email - we do appreciate that this can clog up you mail-box and can be frustrating.



We collect personal information when you make a purchase from our website.

This is used in the following ways:

  1. To perform our contractual obligations to you and to ensure that goods are supplied to you as efficiently as possible

  2. To enable us to contact you to provide you with delivery information about your order.
