2 x 100g LIGHT MOONSHINE (MC), 225m/100g, 70% alpaca, 20% silk, 10% cashmere and 1 x 100g WARM SPECKLED (CC), 365m/100g, 85% Superwash Merino, 15% Donegal Nep

5mm circular needle (100cm, work forwards and backwards) for main section, 4mm needles, for moss-st waves, tapestry needle for sewing-up

WAVE CLOUD is a long wrap around scarf with accents of ‘waves’ knitted after the main part has been created – the waves are worked horizontally along the length of the scarf by picking-up sts and working moss-stitch waves.

The main part is worked in LIGHT MOONSHINE (or any of our soft and luxurious DK yarns) and the waves are worked in WARM SPECKLED (or any of our 4ply yarns). If desired add pom-pom accents randomly along the ‘waves’.

18sts to 10cm over stocking stitch using 5mm needles

yo: yarn over, starting at front of work pass yarn over needle to back. When you reach a yo on next row, k st as directed. This should create a hole.

Cast-on*
For a very loose and stretch edge hold two 5mm needles together while casting-on. You can either use the long-tail cast-on method or the two needle method – however if you use this method you will need 3 x 5mm needles
